Sri Lanka, March 27 -- The National Youth Corps has opened a new modern shooting range at its Weeraketiya Training Center, aiming to improve the sports skills of youth and schoolchildren in Sri Lanka's Southern Province.

The facility was officially opened by Minister of Youth Affairs and Sports Sunil Kumara Gamage. The initiative is expected to help develop young athletes and provide opportunities to reach international standards in shooting sports.
