Sri Lanka, March 27 -- Ten schoolchildren were admitted to the Bandarawela Base Hospital today (27) after being attacked by a swarm of wasps, the Bandarawela Police said.

The children, all from Grade Five of a school in Bandarawela, are receiving treatment following the incident.

According to reports, the students had been playing in the school premises this morning when a swarm of wasps suddenly entered the grounds and attacked them.
