Sri Lanka, Oct. 29 -- Former Sri Lankan cricket captain Kumar Sangakkara has expressed dissatisfaction over an alleged incident involving Ryanair gate staff at Dublin Airport, describing the experience with his family as shocking and unacceptable.

In a post on X, Sangakkara questioned whether other passengers had experienced discriminatory treatment by the airline's gate personnel in Dublin.

He alleged that the staff's tone of address, handling of procedures and threatening behaviour towards him and his family were unacceptable.

"Unacceptable for any passenger," Sangakkara stated, describing the incident as his first bad experience in Dublin.
