Qatar airways restores 35 weekly flights to Colombo
Sri Lanka, July 1 -- Qatar Airways has resumed full operations on the Doha-Colombo route from July 1, reinstating its schedule of five daily flights and strengthening air connectivity to Sri Lanka.
With the restoration of services, the airline will operate a total of 35 weekly flights to Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA), providing passengers with enhanced travel flexibility and seamless connections through its hub in Doha.
The resumption of full operations is expected to boost tourism, business travel, and cargo movement between Sri Lanka and key destinations across the Middle East, Europe, North America, and beyond.
