Bangladesh, Aug. 25 -- Titas Gas will suspend gas supply for eight hours in several areas of Keraniganj to replace a leaking valve at the Pangaon valve station.

In a notice, Titas Gas Transmission and Distribution PLC said all types of customers in Jinjira, Doleshwar, Pangaon and parts of Keraniganj will have no gas supply from 11am to 7pm on Tuesday. Gas pressure may also remain low in surrounding areas during this period.

Titas said an outlet valve at the Pangaon valve station has developed a leak. The temporary suspension is necessary to replace the faulty valve.
