Sri Lanka, April 1 -- Amidst the Government Medical Officers' Association's (GMOA) trade union action, Health Minister Dr. Nalinda Jayatissa yesterday warned that doctors' Trade Union has no right to unduly interfere in the activities of the Health Ministry claiming that they must focus on trade union activities.
He told the weekly briefing to announce Cabinet decisions that doctors' Trade Union had intervened in all the Ministry activities such as preparing transfer list, recruitment process in the past.
