Sri Lanka, June 26 -- An awards ceremony will be held to recognise the Buddhist mission accomplished by journalists in this country. This year's Bauddhaloka Literary Festival will recognise the best in print, audio and audiovisual media, as well as digital creations of Buddhist songs. Organised by the Colombo Bauddhaloka Foundation, this appreciation event has been expanded to several categories this year. These awards are to be presented to outstanding Buddhist creations presented in the media, including newspapers, radio and television.
