LAWASIA raises serious concerns over procedure in Supreme Court hearings on 22nd Amendment
Sri Lanka, Sept. 16 -- The Law Association for Asia and the Pacific (LAWASIA) has expressed serious concern over the procedure followed by the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka in the constitutional challenges to the proposed 22nd Amendment to the Constitution, which seeks to extend the retirement ages of Judges of the Supreme Court and the Court of Appeal.
