Sri Lanka, April 8 -- LAUGFS Gas PLC has ramped up its island-wide distribution, releasing approximately 30,000 LPG cylinders daily following the resumption of filling operations at its Hambantota (HBT) and Mabima plants.

With both facilities now operating, the company has accelerated distribution efforts to restore market availability and meet the increased demand during the festive season.

LAUGFS Gas said it is ensuring an uninterrupted LPG supply for households, as well as hotels, restaurants, and industrial users. The initiative forms part of a broader supply stabilization plan, with continued operations and shipments aimed at maintaining consistent availability in the days ahead.
