Sri Lanka, Oct. 29 -- Sri Lanka's indirect taxes are "super high" and the tax structure needs to change, but the government has not taken a decision to implement a property tax and will not make any surprise tax moves, Labour Minister and Deputy Minister of Finance and Planning Dr. Anil Jayantha Fernando said on Tuesday.
