Sri Lanka, June 26 -- Indices closed in green as a result of price gains in counters such as Dialog Axiata, John Keells Holdings and Hayleys with the turnover crossing Rs. 2.7bn.

High net worth and institutional investor participation was noted in Commercial Bank, Singer Sri Lanka and Hatton National Bank nonvoting.

Mixed interest was observed in Commercial Credit & Finance, Digital Mobility Solutions Lanka and Haycarb whilst retail interest was noted in SMB Leasing, Industrial Asphalts and Ceylon Land & Equity.

Foreign participation in the market activity remained at subdued levels with foreigners closing as net sellers.
