SriLanka, Sept. 13 -- India and Sri Lanka will battle for the Women's T20 Asia Cup title in Dubai on Sunday, with both sides heading into the final unbeaten.

Record seven-time champions India are aiming for an eighth title, while defending champions Sri Lanka are looking to retain the trophy they won in 2024 after defeating India in the final.

India reached the final after beating Bangladesh by 40 runs, while Sri Lanka edged Pakistan by four wickets in a low-scoring semifinal.

India's batting has been led by Shafali Verma and Smriti Mandhana, who have scored 168 and 154 runs respectively. Deepti Sharma has also impressed with the ball, claiming 11 wickets.
