Sri Lanka, March 23 -- Milk powder importers and wheat flour companies have assured the Trade, Commerce, Food Security and Cooperative Development Minister Wasantha Samarasinghe, that they will not raise prices of imported milk powder and wheat flour in the country.
The assurance was given today (23) when representatives from the companies, including Prima and Serendib, were summoned to the Ministry to discuss the impact of the ongoing war situation on supply and distribution networks and measures to maintain uninterrupted supply.
