SriLanka, Aug. 2 -- Deputy Minister of Defence Major General Aruna Jayasekara (Retd.) chaired a high-level Civil-Military Coordination Meeting at the Mullaitivu Divisional Secretariat to discuss long-standing land issues and regional development in the Northern Province.

The meeting brought together Northern Province Governor Nagalingam Vethanayahan, Deputy Minister of Co-operative Development and Chairman of the Mannar District Coordination Committee Upali Samarasinghe, Vanni District MP Dr. Sellaththamby Thilaganathan, senior government officials, and representatives of the security forces.
