Sri Lanka, April 6 -- The Ceylon Petroleum Corporation (CPC) has assured the public that fuel shipments are arriving as scheduled, ensuring stable supplies through the upcoming festive season. Managing Director of the CPC Mayura Neththikumara said that there are currently no plans to revise fuel prices during this period.

According to the CPC, all expected fuel tankers for the first week of the month are reaching the island.

"A vessel carrying 32,000 metric tons of Diesel and 5,000 metric tons of aviation fuel is currently unloading at the Colombo Port. Two additional Diesel tankers are scheduled to dock on April 6th, 7th, and 8th," Neththikumara said.
