Sri Lanka, Sept. 24 -- Former Krrish Group Director Janaki Siriwardena has been arrested by the Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption (CIABOC).

She was arrested over allegations that she had provided Rs. 70 million as a bribe to Parliamentarian Namal Rajapaksa in return for assistance in expediting the acquisition of the Transworks Square land in Colombo Fort, owned by the Urban Development Authority (UDA), for the Krrish Group.
