Sri Lanka, April 22 -- Family members of the Easter Sunday attacks say they are cautiously optimistic about the ongoing investigations, but have raised serious concerns over what they describe as attempts by various parties to sabotage the process.
Speaking to Daily Mirror, Easter Attack Victims' Collective Head Nishantha Mohandiram said that while there has been some progress, the integrity of the investigation must be protected at all costs.
"We are encouraged by the way the investigations are progressing and remain hopeful that the truth will come out. However, there appears to be definite moves by certain parties to derail or weaken the process," he said.
