Sri Lanka, Oct. 2 -- The Colombo Magistrate's Court has issued notices to 10 doctors who served on the medical panel that examined former State Intelligence Service (SIS) Director, retired Maj. Gen. Suresh Salley, directing them to appear before court on October 6.

Colombo Magistrate Pasan Amarasena issued the notices after considering a motion filed by the Criminal Investigation Department (CID).

Salley, who was arrested in connection with investigations into the Easter Sunday attacks, is currently receiving treatment at the National Hospital in Colombo.
