Sri Lanka, Aug. 10 -- The Court of Appeal has issued an interim order preventing a Sri Lankan company operating under a licence issued by the Board of Investment (BOI) from removing, exporting, shipping, transporting, selling, transferring, alienating, encumbering or otherwise parting with possession, custody or control of two 2024 Lincoln Navigator L Black Label vehicles.

Accordingly, the Court of Appeal has permitted an application to be heard on an urgent basis seeking constitutional injunctive relief in exceptional circumstances in a dispute between an overseas company and a Sri Lankan company.
