BPC supports DFCC Bank's eight-language ATM and CRM innovation

Sri Lanka, Sept. 17 -- BPC, global leader in payments technology, has supported DFCC Bank in introducing Sri Lanka's first ATM and Cash Recycler Machine experience available in eight languages. The innovation is backed by modernised ATM, CRM, card-switching and card-issuing infrastructure implemented through BPC's next generation SmartVista platform.

Making self-service banking easier and more accessible for Sri Lankans and international visitors, the facility allows customers to select their preferred language at the beginning of a transaction and proceed in English, Sinhala, Tamil, French, Chinese, Russian, Hindi or German.
