Sri Lanka, July 8 -- The Acting Commissioner General of Prisons Prasad Hemantha Kumara, has provided harrowing details regarding the violence that unfolded at the Negombo Prison, describing the behaviour of the inmates involved as "brutal" and "barbaric."
