Sri Lanka, Aug. 7 -- Academic activities at the University of Peradeniya, which were temporarily suspended owing to adverse weather conditions, will resume from August 10.

Vice Chancellor Professor Terence Madhujith said all necessary arrangements have been made to ensure that academic activities continue safely and without disruption from the reopening date.

The university had suspended academic activities as a precautionary measure amid the prevailing weather conditions.
