Sri Lanka, Sept. 30 -- Following the severe disruption caused by Cyclone Ditwah to the academic and administrative infrastructure of the Faculty of Management, University of Peradeniya, the Alumni Association of the University of Peradeniya (AAUP) Colombo Chapter has stepped in to fully restore critical communication facilities with a donation of Rs. 1.5 million.

Cyclone Ditwah completely destroyed the internet connectivity facilities serving the Faculty Administrative Building. To re-establish essential operations, the AAUP Colombo Chapter funded to install a high-speed Starlink Internet Service Facility along with a state-of-the-art IP Telephone Systemme equipped with 25 IP phones.
