Mumbai, July 22 -- Walplast Products has expanded its HomeSure paints portfolio with the launch of HomeSure Mastertouch Vivid Shine 2-in-1 Emulsion, a premium water-based acrylic coating designed for both interior and exterior wall applications.
The company said the emulsion combines a rich sheen finish with weather resistance, UV protection and strong adhesion, offering a single solution for residential painting requirements. The product also features anti-fungal and anti-algal properties, low volatile organic compound (VOC) content and low odour, and is backed by a three-year warranty.
Kaushal Mehta, Managing Director, Walplast Products, said the launch strengthens the company's premium paints portfolio and aligns with its strategy of offering end-to-end building and finishing solutions.
Lokesh Jain, Business Head - Tile Adhesive, Putty and Paint Division, said the product addresses growing demand for premium, performance-oriented decorative paints while enabling contractors and dealers to simplify inventory by using a single coating for both interior and exterior applications.
According to the company, the emulsion is suitable for plaster, concrete and masonry surfaces, with an estimated coverage of 130-150 sq ft per litre for interiors and 50-80 sq ft per litre for exterior applications over two coats, depending on surface conditions.
The product is available in 1-litre, 4-litre, 10-litre and 20-litre packs. HomeSure's retail portfolio includes wall putty, tile adhesives, premium plasters, gypsum products and construction chemicals.
