Mumbai, Oct. 1 -- Trilegal is advising Dosti Realty on its proposed initial public offering (IPO) as legal advisor on Indian law.
The proposed IPO will comprise a fresh issue of equity shares and an offer for sale, with each equity share carrying a face value of Rs 5.
Dosti Realty confidentially filed its pre-filed draft red herring prospectus with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) on September 29, 2026.
