Mumbai, Sept. 24 -- Procol is set to unveil a role-based AI command centre at DPW Amsterdam 2026, designed to help procurement teams execute multi-step workflows across existing enterprise systems through plain-language requests.
Powered by Clara, Procol's AI orchestration layer, the platform can run sourcing, budget checks and approvals across systems including SAP Ariba, Coupa and Oracle without requiring data migration.
According to Procol, early enterprise deployments have shown up to a 15 per cent reduction in operational processing costs, an 80 per cent reduction in end-to-end procurement cycle times and a 99 per cent decline in manual platform touchpoints.
The company said procurement and finance teams often work across multiple enterprise platforms, including ERP systems, procure-to-pay software, email, legal platforms and spreadsheets. The new command centre is intended to reduce this manual switching by coordinating workflows across these systems.

The command centre is designed around role-specific workflows. Users can state a procurement requirement in plain language, after which Clara coordinates relevant AI agents, connects with the required software and executes the workflow.
For example, a request to obtain three quotations for warehouse racking within a specified budget can trigger the system to identify suppliers, check budget availability in the ERP and issue a request for quotation. Procol said this process can reduce quote-comparison turnaround time from 6.4 days to one day.
The platform operates on top of existing enterprise systems, including SAP, SAP Ariba, Coupa and Oracle, without requiring data migration, parallel runs or lengthy implementation processes. Purchase orders, invoices and audit records remain within the existing systems of record.
