Mumbai, Oct. 27 -- Prestige Estates plans to launch residential properties with a revenue potential of more than Rs. 400 bn across Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, Chennai and Hyderabad during the second half of FY27. The Bengaluru-based developer is seeking to build on housing demand and sustain its sales momentum through the next two quarters.
The planned launch value represents a 2.5-fold increase from the April-September period, when the company introduced projects spanning 23.14 mn sq ft with a revenue potential of more than Rs. 162 bn. The company said its launch pipeline would support sales activity during the remainder of the financial year.
Prestige Estates recorded sales bookings of Rs. 300.24 bn in FY26, a 76 per cent increase from the preceding year. It is targeting bookings of about Rs. 350-360 bn in FY27, while first-half pre-sales stood at Rs. 138.04 bn.
The company reported healthy demand for its residential business and said new projects launched towards the end of the second quarter had received a positive response. Sales from ongoing projects also remained strong, supporting its assessment that underlying housing demand continues to be resilient.
Prestige Estates develops residential, commercial, retail, hospitality and integrated township projects across major Indian cities. As of June 2026, it had delivered 319 projects covering 216 mn sq ft and had a development pipeline of 137 projects spanning 229 mn sq ft.
The upcoming launches will be spread across five established markets, giving the company a broad platform for project additions and sales generation. The planned value also places residential development at the centre of its growth strategy for the current financial year, alongside continued monetisation of its existing project portfolio.
