Mumbai, Nov. 2 -- M3M India has launched M3M Black Circle, a private, invitation-only privilege platform intended to extend the luxury homeownership experience beyond physical residences. The launch forms part of the company's plan to expand its branded portfolio from approximately 6.9 mn sq ft to 10 mn sq ft by the end of 2026, with an additional topline revenue target of Rs. 134 bn.

The platform is designed to provide homeowners with access to global luxury brands and customised experiences. It made its debut in Paris, where owners of Jacob & Co. and ELIE SAAB residences took part in a curated programme that included interactions with Jacob Arabo and Elie Saab Jr., along with private cruises and fine dining.

The Paris programme follows an earlier initiative in the United States for owners of Trump residences, who were hosted for interactions with Donald Trump Jr. M3M India said the platform is intended to move beyond conventional definitions of luxury based on space, design and amenities by creating access to brand founders, designers and other prominent figures.

Robin Mangla, president of M3M India, said the initiative reflected a shift in luxury from ownership alone towards access, relationships and a sense of belonging. He said the company's homeowners already had access to high-quality design and craftsmanship, while Black Circle would provide entry to experiences associated with leading international brands.

M3M India and Smartworld currently manage a branded portfolio comprising three Trump developments, two ELIE SAAB projects and one Jacob & Co. development. The portfolio represents a community of around 500 owners. M3M India said it was in advanced discussions with several international luxury brands to develop new real estate collaborations across India as part of its expansion plans.
