Mumbai, Sept. 2 -- Krystal Integrated Services Limited (the Company) has informed stock exchanges that it received a work order from Shree Shyam Mandir Committee, Khatu Shyamji in Sikar, Rajasthan, for sanitation and waste management services. The notice stated the work order was dated 26 August 2026 and was received by the Company on 27 August 2026. The scope covers the temple premises and surrounding area of 200 to 250 metres and covers a contractual period of 12 months.

The contract term is scheduled from 1 October 2026 to 30 September 2027 and will be executed as an ordinary course business assignment. The Company described the services as sanitation and waste management covering cleaning, collection and disposal activities within the defined zone. The work will be delivered domestically to the committee that awarded the order and will not involve any international operations.

The disclosed approximate contract value is Rs 66 mn excluding all applicable taxes, translated from the figure stated in the work order. The Company confirmed that neither promoters nor promoter group entities have any interest in the awarding body and that the order does not constitute a related party transaction. The business unit will follow the standard operating procedures and compliance obligations for the duration of the engagement.

The Company has filed the requisite disclosure under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Listing Regulations and appended the annexure with details of the award. Company officials completed the intimation to BSE and National Stock Exchange as part of compliance with listing norms. The work order reflects the Company's continued focus on service contracts in the religious and public venue segment and will be implemented according to the agreed schedule.
