Mumbai, July 14 -- Innovision Limited has secured a contract from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) to operate toll collection and maintenance at the Kariyamanglam Fee Plaza on the Tindivanam-Krishnagiri highway in Tamil Nadu. The order carries a value of Rs 275.2 million (mn) and was disclosed in the company's stock exchange filing. The National Highways Authority of India is referred to as NHAI hereafter.
The company said it received a Letter of Award on seven July 2026 following a competitive e?tendering process. Under the scope Innovision will act as the user fee collection agency and will manage day to day upkeep of plaza facilities, including toilet blocks and replenishment of consumables to keep services operational for highway users. The work combines transaction handling with facility management responsibilities.
Company filings indicated that the contract is a domestic government order and is not a related party transaction; neither the promoter nor the promoter group has any interest in the awarding authority. Such fixed term contracts are designed to provide predictable operational revenues over the contract period and to bolster the infrastructure services order book. Winning a public sector tender through competition was presented as a validation of the company's capabilities in highway operations.
The project term is one year and the firm will be responsible for both toll collection and ongoing maintenance throughout that period. The filing specified the total contract value as Rs 275.2 million (mn), equivalent to the tender figure quoted by the company, and noted that services are to commence as per the award schedule. The order is expected to add recurring service revenue while expanding Innovision's presence in facility management for highways.
