Mumbai, Sept. 26 -- Fusion Klassroom Edutech has received a work order valued at Rs. 17 mn, excluding applicable goods and services tax, from an undisclosed domestic private company based in Bengaluru. The order covers educational video content development and production services across Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Banking, Finance and other skill-related courses and topics.
The engagement includes preparing learning materials, recording educational sessions and developing final video learning content. The company said invoicing would be linked to accepted deliveries on a course-by-course basis, with payments due within 30 days of receiving the relevant invoices.
The contract is scheduled to be executed by 31 March 2027, subject to its terms. The customer's identity has not been disclosed because of contractual confidentiality obligations.
Fusion Klassroom Edutech said the order had been awarded by a domestic entity and that the contract did not involve any promoter, promoter group or group company interest. It also confirmed that the arrangement did not qualify as a related party transaction.
The company disclosed the order under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India's Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements regulations. The disclosure was made through a filing with BSE on 23 September 2026, with the company providing the order's commercial and execution details in an annexure.
