Mumbai, July 1 -- Bluspring Enterprises Limited announced that its wholly owned step-down subsidiary, STEAG Energy Services (India) Private Limited (STEAG Energy), has secured an extension of the operations and maintenance contract for a 600 Megawatt (MW) thermal power plant awarded by Vedanta Power Limited (VPL). The arrangement continues services originally provided under a contract awarded by Vedanta Limited and covers comprehensive operations and maintenance. The extension was disclosed to stock exchanges on 26 June 2026. The notice was filed with the BSE and the National Stock Exchange.

The contract has an estimated aggregate value of Rs 4,064.3 mn, exclusive of applicable taxes, corresponding to the reported figure of Rs 406.43 Crores. The agreement will remain in force for a period of five years from one July 2026. The order has been classified as domestic in origin. The value reflects aggregate consideration including ancillary services.

The scope covers comprehensive operations and maintenance for the 600 MW facility and includes additional services as specified in the award. STEAG Energy is a wholly owned step-down subsidiary of Bluspring Enterprises Limited and will execute the contract on behalf of the group. The company stated that neither promoters nor promoter group have any interest in the entity awarding the contract and that the transaction does not constitute a related party transaction. No interest was reported from promoter group companies.

The extension is expected to sustain service continuity at the plant and support revenue visibility for the company over the five year term. All material terms were furnished under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations and accompanying disclosures were filed with the exchanges. The company has requested that the exchanges take the disclosure on record. The company will monitor operational performance through the contract period.

Operational handover arrangements will be coordinated with the plant operator. Further compliance filings will follow as required.
