Mumbai, July 25 -- Ashiana Housing has converted 224 residential units into confirmed bookings at its Ashiana Oma project in Mansarovar Extension, Jaipur, with bookings valued at Rs 3.72 billion.

The company said the project received 437 Expressions of Interest (EOIs), with the booking conversion exercise conducted on 18 and 19 July 2026. The confirmed bookings cover approximately 480,000 sq ft of saleable area, while the conversion process for the remaining units is continuing.

Ashiana Oma comprises 280 three- and four-bedroom apartments spread across 10.35 acres. Around 4.4 acres of the site have been allocated to green spaces, with the building footprint accounting for about 17 per cent of the development area.

The project includes a clubhouse, landscaped open spaces and premium residential amenities. Located along Jaipur's Ajmer Road corridor, it offers connectivity to the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway and other parts of the city.

Ankur Gupta, Joint Managing Director, Ashiana Housing, said the response reflects demand for low-density residential communities offering open spaces, quality construction and long-term value. Tushar S. Padalkar, Vice President (Jaipur), said the project has attracted buyers seeking premium specifications and strategic connectivity.

Ashiana Oma is being developed under a revenue-sharing joint venture model.
