Mumbai, Sept. 2 -- ArMee Infotech has secured two Letters of Award (LOAs) worth Rs seven point four one billion (bn), including GST, from Bondada Engineering for Balance of System (BOS) packages for a 600 megawatt (MW) AC solar power project at Fatehgarh in Rajasthan. The combined contracts cover a total generation capacity of 600 MW AC and strengthen the company's presence in the renewable energy engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) segment.
The project has been divided into two blocks. Block one, with a capacity of 300 MW AC, has been awarded at a contract value of Rs three point seven five billion (bn), including GST, while Block three, also with a capacity of 300 MW AC, carries a contract value of Rs three point six six billion (bn), including GST.
Under the scope of work ArMee Infotech will undertake engineering, procurement, manufacturing, supply, erection, installation, testing and commissioning of the BOS works and the associated power evacuation infrastructure required for the plants. The contracts also include three years of operation and maintenance (O&M) and annual maintenance contracts (AMC) for designated plant equipment in accordance with the project's technical specifications and quality standards.
The LOAs have been issued pending the execution of definitive EPC BOS agreements and the company has indicated that project execution, commercial terms and timelines will be implemented on a back-to-back basis once those agreements are executed. Management stated the awards expand the renewable energy order book and align with the company's strategy to build a diversified portfolio across EPC execution, power infrastructure and clean energy solutions. ArMee received in-principle approval from the Securities and Exchange Board of India in February 2026 for a proposed initial public offering and is expected to be listed on the BSE and NSE.
