New Delhi, March 11 -- Zoom Communications has expanded its enterprise agentic AI platform with new workflow orchestration capabilities across its collaboration and customer-experience products, including Zoom Workplace, Zoom Phone and Zoom Contact Center, according to the company on Tuesday.
The updates introduce AI agents that can automate tasks and trigger workflows across enterprise systems, allowing meetings, calls and customer interactions to directly initiate follow-up actions without manual intervention.
