New Delhi, July 16 -- Zomato is piloting an AI-powered voice ordering feature that lets select users discover and order food through voice interactions. The feature is currently available to a limited group of users and represents the company's latest effort to integrate generative AI into the customer experience.

The voice interface allows users to describe what they are in the mood to eat instead of manually searching through restaurant listings. Based on the conversation, the system recommends suitable dishes and restaurants before guiding users through the ordering process.
