New Delhi, July 30 -- Bengaluru-based deep-tech startup Yaanendriya has raised Rs.15 crore from venture capital firm Piper Serica to accelerate the development of indigenous navigation and inertial sensing technologies for autonomous systems.

The company said the funding will strengthen research and development; expand its SynCore navigation controller series and YDX inertial sensors; advance a hardware-agnostic navigation platform; and support the long-term development of indigenous high-precision MEMS accelerometers and gyroscopes.

Its technologies are designed for applications ranging from drones and ground robots to underwater vehicles, satellites and other mission-critical autonomous platforms.
