New Delhi, Sept. 24 -- Indian startups can build products for global markets from day one. Their financial infrastructure, however, does not move quite as easily across borders.
Setting up an overseas entity, moving capital, opening a US bank account, handling foreign exchange, managing employees across markets, and staying compliant with different regulatory regimes can turn expansion into a complex operational exercise.
That is the problem Aspire is trying to address. The Singapore-headquartered fintech has spent eight years building what it describes as a financial operating system for businesses operating across multiple entities and geographies. It says its platform is used by more than 50,000 businesses globally.
