New Delhi, Aug. 11 -- Troogue.ai has appointed Madhusudhana Rao Podila as Chief Product and Technology Officer (CPTO), bringing in a senior Data and AI executive from Thoughtworks as it expands its platform beyond capability discovery and matching.

The move comes as Troogue works on AI agents for enterprises and technology professionals, along with a Human Intelligence Data Layer intended to combine verified skills, assessment signals, experience and real-world work outcomes.
