New Delhi, Oct. 7 -- The electric mobility startup Trev, plans to raise $2 million in its upcoming funding round as it looks to expand its fleet, enter new cities and strengthen its technology and operational capabilities.

Trev currently operates 105 premium electric vehicles and plans to increase the fleet to 300 vehicles by the end of FY27. Its longer-term target is significantly larger: 2,500 premium EVs by 2031.

Unlike conventional ride-hailing platforms built around aggregating independent drivers and vehicles, Trev is positioning itself around a more controlled, chauffeur-driven experience. That distinction is central to its expansion strategy as it prepares to enter Bengaluru, Mumbai and other metropolitan markets.
