New Delhi, Sept. 15 -- Automated test equipment and robotics company Teradyne has opened a new office in Bengaluru focused on supporting India's semiconductor manufacturing sector, as the country steps up investment in domestic chip fabrication, packaging and testing.

The company said the facility will support customer engagement, applications support, training and strategic partnerships as India develops its semiconductor and electronics manufacturing capabilities. The new office, located at Vesta Building in Bagmane Cosmos Tech Park, marks a formal expansion of Teradyne's presence in India.
