New Delhi, April 9 -- Ixigo, an AI-powered online travel platform, and ConfirmTkt, a train-focused ticketing and utility app, have partnered with Swiggy to power their 'Food on Train' service, aiming to expand meal options and improve delivery reliability for railway passengers across India.

Ixigo helps users plan and book trains, flights, buses, and hotels, while ConfirmTkt uses data and algorithms to predict ticket confirmations and provide real-time travel information.

The integration brings Swiggy's restaurant network directly into the ixigo Trains and ConfirmTkt apps, allowing travellers to order food during their journey and have it delivered to their seats at designated stations.
