New Delhi, June 29 -- Smartworks Coworking Spaces Limited has strengthened its board with two senior appointments that bring regulatory, legal, and corporate governance expertise to the company.

The company has appointed Rajeev Krishnamuralilal Agarwal, former Whole-Time Member of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), as an Additional Non-Executive and Independent Director. It has also recommended the appointment of Justice (Retd.) Dilip Deshmukh, former Chairman of the Company Law Board, as a non-executive and independent director, subject to shareholder approval.
