New Delhi, Sept. 16 -- RTP Global has elevated Smita Goel to Chief Operating Officer, Asia, expanding her existing responsibilities across finance and operations in the region. Goel joined RTP Global in 2022 and has worked across India, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia.

Her expanded mandate will cover Asia operations, fund structuring, global compliance, and finance portfolio support. The appointment also brings together several functions that Goel has already been involved in during her four years with the firm.

Goel's work at RTP Global has included international taxation, fund and entity structuring, due diligence, investment structuring and transactions, as well as tax audits and assessments.
