New Delhi, April 16 -- Generative AI has moved beyond controlled pilots and into real business workflows, from customer support and enterprise search to coding, analytics, and decision support. But as adoption accelerates, so do the risks.
The real question is no longer whether enterprises should use GenAI. It is whether they are ready to scale it responsibly.
A chatbot demo can impress. An internal assistant can save time. But once AI starts interacting with sensitive data, customer conversations, financial workflows, and operational decisions, the stakes change. Systems that sound confident can still be wrong. Fast workflows can still expose confidential data.
In short, AI capability is not the same as AI readiness.
