New Delhi, Sept. 13 -- At the BRICS Business Forum in New Delhi on September 11, Prime Minister Narendra Modi called on the BRICS Business Council to work towards three measurable targets: identify the top 10 trade barriers among BRICS countries, support 100 BRICS startups every year in scaling into other BRICS markets, and develop 1,000 new partnerships among businesses.

PM Modi also called for progress against these three benchmarks to be reviewed every year.
