New Delhi, April 27 -- OpenAI has published a set of principles outlining how it approaches the development, deployment, and governance of artificial intelligence (AI), as the technology becomes increasingly embedded in critical systems.

The principles, outlined by CEO Sam Altman, emphasize safety, accountability, and the need to ensure AI systems deliver broad societal benefits, while acknowledging the risks associated with increasingly capable models.
