New Delhi, Aug. 4 -- OpenAI has publicly pushed back against Apple's trade secrets allegations, publishing a detailed blog post disputing the iPhone maker's claims and defending its handling of confidential information.

In the blog, OpenAI argued that Apple's account of events is incomplete and, in some instances, inaccurate. The company said it neither possesses nor uses Apple's confidential information and maintains internal policies that prohibit employees from bringing proprietary material from previous employers into OpenAI.

To support its position, OpenAI published excerpts from emails and iMessage conversations that it said provides additional context to the allegations raised in Apple's complaint.
