New Delhi, July 15 -- OpenAI is reportedly developing a portable, screen-free smart speaker as its first consumer hardware product, marking an expansion beyond software and cloud-based AI services.

According to a Bloomberg report cited by Reuters, the device is still under development and is intended to function as a more humanlike AI companion for the home. OpenAI has not officially announced the product or confirmed its design, features or launch timing.
