New Delhi, June 4 -- OpenAI is expanding its ambitions in life sciences with a major update to GPT-Rosalind, its specialised AI platform designed for scientific research, drug discovery, and biological analysis.

The latest release combines GPT-5.5's coding and tool-use capabilities with stronger performance in medicinal chemistry, genomics, quantitative biology, and laboratory research workflows.
